I am the proud Owner and CEO of IMS Mortgage Services.  I have been involved in the mortgage industry for over 30 years now and I've pretty much seen it all.

I have never been a huge fan of titles or accolades, but I know its important to know who you are dealing with when it comes to finances.  Below is a list of accomplishments that I have made over the years:

• Been in the mortgage industry for over 30 years
• Past President of the Missouri Association of Mortgage Professionals
• Provided assistance to former Senator Jim Talent (R-MO) in creating the Predatory Lending Law that restricted predatory lending practices and required all mortgage originators to be licensed
• Recongized as the "Faster Closer" from 2019-2022 with an AVERAGE closing time from application to clear to close in just 14 calendar days.
• Personally originated over 5000 loans 

My greatest accomplishment is being married to my wife, Kelly, for almost 23 years and being the proud father to my daughter Veronica and my son, Kane.  Without them, none of this would have ever been possible.
